I started working in 1999 as a Chef at Mondragone Restaurant. Here I was cooking in the Italian way which is very delicious and it's meant to get people together.
In 2011 I took over the restaurant and all that we have changed is the name so this is how we came to be Nuovo Mondragone. We kept the traditional Italian food we added a little twist and we are so proud to be the winners of 2013 and 2014 The Guardian Food Award.
